Olli Nikitin advises our domestic and international clients in assignments related to corporate law, M&A and Real Estate transactions as well as in negotiating and drafting of various commercial agreements. He also has expertise in Capital Markets and Corporate Governance matters of listed companies.

Olli often works as a trusted overall advisor to our clients and has worked as Board Secretary in both listed and private companies and as Chairman of the general meetings. He has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting agreements related to investment projects. Olli frequently represents clients in M&A and real estate transactions and has experience in several public tender offers.
