Tetti advises clients on matters related to innovation and high tech industries. Such work includes supporting clients in protecting, commercializing and enforcing their rights related to intellectual property rights.

Tetti assists clients through the whole life-cycle of contracts related to IT products and services from preparatory stages to drafting of agreements and eventual completion, termination and if necessary resolving of disputes. As part of this work she also assists clients in assessing the regulatory requirements imposed on different aspects of IT products and services.

Tetti is certified as an information privacy professional (CIPP/E) and assists our clients from different sectors in regulatory and contractual matters related to processing of personal data. She builds her expertise in this field on experience gained earlier as an in-house counsel in public sector.

Tetti advises our clients in EU and Finnish competition law such as merger control notifications as well as compliance and regulatory matters. Tetti has also experience in matters related to energy regulation.
