Merilampi advised Teknikum and its shareholders in the sale of Teknikum Group to Polish publicly traded company Sanok Rubber Company S.A.
Teknikum Group is a polymer technology company serving industrial customers and OEM’s in need of reliable rubber, plastic, silicone, polyurethane, and foam solutions. The Teknikum group has approximately 600 employees and operates four production plants in Finland and one in Hungary, and a sales office in Germany.
The completion of the transaction is expected to take place in the first half of 2024, subject to regulatory approval.
