Merilampi represented the U.S. based private equity firm Great Hill Partners in a transaction where Finnish Leadfeeder and German Echobot merged. Both companies are leading providers in optimizing B2B sales by using artificial intelligence.

Great Hill Partners has invested EUR 180 million in the new company established through the merger and has committed to invest a further EUR 50 million in the company in the future. With the investments, Great Hill Partners fuels the new company’s growth, expands its product portfolio, and strengthens its position in the European and U.S. markets.
