Merilampi advised DoMedi Oy in the sale of Siskon Siivous Oy

Merilampi advised DoMedi Oy in the sale of its entire shareholding in Siskon Siivous Oy to Northclean Finland Oy. The transaction was completed in October 2025.

Siskon Siivous Oy's turnover for the financial year 2024 was approximately EUR 34 million, and the turnover for the financial year 2025 is estimated to be EUR 38 million. Founded in 1994, Siskon Siivous Oy provides services nationwide, and its service portfolio includes all cleaning services, including special expertise in hospital, hotel, retail, stairwell, and office cleaning. Siskon Siivous Oy employs approximately 1,500 cleaning professionals.
