Merilampi advised PT-Design Oy in Innoflame Oy’s acquisition of PT-Design's gift card and branded merchandise business

PT-Design Oy has sold its gift card and branded merchandise business to Innoflame Oy in a business acquisition completed on 29 May 2026. The transaction strengthens both companies' product media solutions and creates even better opportunities to develop services related to customer rewards, staff recognition, and brand building.

PT-Design Oy, advised by Merilampi, has been building strong B2B customer relationships since 2003, developing solutions for staff recognition and employee rewarding, and strengthening corporate brands. Henrik Teckenberg, CEO of PT-Design, says that together with Innoflame, they will gain access to additional resources, expertise, and opportunities to further develop their services. Innoflame states that the deal supports its strategy to grow and strengthen both companies' product media solutions, particularly in the gift card business.
