Jon Termonen has started as a Partner at Merilampi

Last week, Jon Termonen officially joined Merilampi as a partner, strengthening our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice.

Jon has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, corporate transactions and regulatory matters relating to listed companies. He advises issuers, shareholders and financial institutions in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, share offerings and debt issuances, as well as in public takeovers and other corporate transactions. His expertise further strengthens Merilampi’s transaction practice and our position as a trusted advisor in capital markets and M&A matters.
