Fira, a leading construction services company, has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Aura Rakennus Länsi-Suomi Oy. The acquisition supports Fira's strategic objective of growing in Finland's key growth centres.
The acquisition combines the complementary expertise of Fira and Aura Rakennus Länsi-Suomi, creating new opportunities to develop construction operating models and strengthen competitiveness.
The completion of the acquisition is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) and the fulfilment of other customary completion conditions.
