Merilampi advised Ambientia Group on the sale of its Atlassian business to Communardo Group

Ambientia has been a leading Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner in Finland since 2007, with strong expertise in cloud migration, Jira, Confluence and Service Management. Through the transaction, Ambientia’s Atlassian business becomes part of the Nordic organisation of the German Communardo Group and the entire Ambientia Atlassian team, well known for their strong market reputation and proven capabilities, will transfer to Communardo.

As part of the transaction, Ambientia will become a minority shareholder in Communardo’s parent company and will participate in supporting Communardo Group’s growth and expansion in Europe. For Ambientia, the transaction enables a stronger focus on its other business areas and supports its strategic growth path.

Communardo Group, backed by German private equity firm Bregal Unternehmerkapital, is a multinational provider of Atlassian solutions in Europe. The acquisition strengthens Communardo Nordics’ position as a leading Atlassian partner across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
