Merilampi advised Stendörren Fastigheter AB in a transaction in early July 2025, whereby it acquired all shares in Keskinäinen Kiinteistö Oy Kilonkallio 1 from Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj. The total leasable area is approximately 3,600 square meters. The property is fully leased to Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj under a 10-year lease agreement.
