Merilampi represented VVT Kiinteistösijoitus Oy's fund in the purchase of an office building located in the city of Tampere. The office building has been constructed in 2020 and it is located in the heart of the city, near Ratina shopping center. The building has approx. 13,000 sqm lettable area and it has a LEED Gold certification.
