Merilampi acted as legal adviser to Episurf Medical AB (publ) in its acquisition of two logistics and warehouse properties in Helsinki and Kerava from Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj for a total purchase price of approximately EUR 33.6 million. The properties have a lettable area of approximately 27,000 sqm. The transaction marked Episurf Medical AB’s first transaction in Finland. Merilampi’s scope of work included advising in the transaction, establishing the structure in Finland and financing negotiations.
