Merilampi represented Sweco Finland Ltd in its acquisition of engineering and architecture consultancy Optiplan Ltd’s entire share capital from NCC Suomi Oy. The acquisition strengthens Sweco’s expertise in designing sustainable and energy efficient residential and non-residential buildings.
Optiplan has approximately 150 experts in four Finnish cities Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, and Oulu. The revenue of Optiplan in 2019 was EUR 13 million.
