Merilampi advised Posti Jakelu Oy on the purchase of Kivra Oy's business consisting of digital mailbox solutions

Posti Jakelu Oy has on 30 April 2026 acquired Kivra Oy's digital mailbox business through a business transfer. The transaction is part of Posti's long-term commitment to developing digital communication.

The acquired business provides a digital mailbox service through which companies and public authorities can deliver digital letters, invoices, and other official documents to their customers as an alternative to paper-based correspondence.

Posti Jakelu Oy is part of Posti Group Oyj, Finland's leading postal and logistics company. Posti offers a wide range of letter, parcel, and logistics services as well as digital communication solutions for consumers and businesses, including the OmaPosti digital mailbox service. With this acquisition, Posti strengthens its position in digital communication and can further develop its services for an even wider user base.
