Merilampi represented Pihlajalinna Plc and its subsidiary Pihlajalinna Terveys Oy in the acquisition of Tampereen Lääkärikeskus Oy, known as Koskiklinikka, from private owners and Diacor terveyspalvelut Oy. Koskiklinikka is the largest private healthcare service provider in the Tampere area. The acquisition also includes a 50 % ownership share in the imaging services company Röntgentutka Oy.
The net debt-free value of the acquisition target is EUR 21.2 million. In 2014, Koskiklinikka's net sales were EUR 15.4 million and Röntgentutka Oy's were EUR 4.6 million.
