We represented Mercada Oy in its issuance of a EUR 175 million senior secured bond. The bond was subscribed by approximately 85 investors.
Mercada owns, manages and improves retail sites primarily operated by the Kesko Group. The portfolio includes three shopping centers in Finland and 38 retail sites in Finland and Sweden. The company is owned by Kesko Corporation, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and the Swedish company AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB.
