Merilampi represented Huhtamäki in the sale of its large logistics property to the pan-Nordic NREP Nordic Strategies Fund, managed by Nordic Real Estate Partners. The transaction was NREP’s first acquisition in Finland. The 52,000 sqm logistics property is located in Hämeenlinna, Finland. Huhtamäki will continue as a lessee.
