Merilampi represented eQ Community Properties Fund in its agreements with Lehto construction company in relation to a significant care property project in Kilo, Espoo. In the project, two new four-storey buildings will be constructed at Forstmestarinpiha. There will be 148 apartments and tenant spaces on the site.
