Merilampi represented Engplan Oy in the sale of Projectus Team Oy to Ramboll Finland Oy. Projectus Team was founded in 1992 and is a Finnish pioneer in HVAC and electrical holistic engineering. Ramboll is an international engineering, design and consultancy company which strengthened its building services with the acquisition. Projectus Team’s 130 experts will be transferred to Ramboll.
