Merilampi represented Asfalttikallio in the acquisition of NCC’s Finnish asphalt business. Asfalttikallio acquires the assets and takes over ongoing contracts relating to the asphalt business by 2021. As a result of the transactions, 200 people working in NCC’s asphalt business in Finland will be transferred to Asfalttikallio as former employees.
