Merilampi represented Logian, a joint venture of Keva and and Mrec Investment Management Oy, in an agreement under which Logian will purchase a logistics and production property of approximately 15,000 sqm, developed by TKU-Rakennus Oy, in the Leilimaa area of Raisio, along the Turku bypass road. Construction on the property will commence immediately, with completion scheduled for summer 2026. The entire property has been leased under a long-term rental agreement to a large international company in the electrical and automation industry.
