Merilampi represented German investment company Union Investment Real Estate GMBH in its acquisition of Kaupunkiympäristötalo building from Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Kalasataman Kymppi owned by the City of Helsinki. The purchase price was EUR 165 million.
The building is leased to City of Helsinki to be used by the Urban Environment Division and the leased area is approximately 27 500 m2.
