We represented Union Investment Real Estate in its acquisition of a historic landmark office property in Eteläesplanadi, Helsinki CBD from OP Life Assurance Company. The property comprises around 5,700 sqm of lettable area. The value of the acquisition was approximately EUR 50 million.
