Merilampi represented Turun Työväensäätiö in leasing and development arrangements for a new 138-room Scandic Go hotel in central Turku. The project involves the partial conversion of the former Scandic Atrium and a full-scale renovation, set to begin in August 2025. The hotel is scheduled to reopen in the second half of 2026.
