We represented a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners in its acquisition of Spektri, Finland’s first business park, consisting of five office buildings and three parking sites with unconditional development rights. The sellers of Spektri Kiinteistöt Ky were Varma, Ilmarinen, Yleisradion eläkesäätiö and Helsingin seurakuntayhtymä. Spektri is located in Otaniemi, Espoo, and the office buildings comprise approximately 35,000 sqm of lettable area.
