Merilampi represented Special Investment Fund eQ Care in its acquisition of Tietotie 6 property company from YIT, HGR Property Partners and their joint venture Regenero. The property is located in Espoo and the building thereon comprises approximately 26 000 sqm of lettable area.
The building is fully let with long-term lease agreements to different units of the City of Espoo. YIT is currently renovating the building into working premises and for school use.
