Merilampi represented Nordic construction and project development company Skanska in the sale of a tower building to Union Investment. The value of the transaction was approximately EUR 100 million. The target is a 33-storey residental tower to be built to Vuosaari, Helsinki, which is the highest tower building Skanska has ever built in Finland. The building has approximately 16,000 sqm of lettable area and it consists of 288 high-end rental apartments and three retail units. The estimated completion of the project is in late fall 2024.
