Merilampi represented Skanska in a development project with Union Investment Real Estate Gmbh whereby the objective is to build rental apartments in Helsinki, Finland.
The 24-storey building encompasses 216 rental apartments. The deal value is EUR 74 million and the construction is scheduled to commence in March 2021. The building is expected to be ready in the summer of 2023.
