We represented Skanska in its sale of an office property to Niam AB. The property Aviabulevardi II is located in the Aviapolis area in Vantaa, close to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Skanska share of the value of the transaction is about EUR 30 million.
Aviabulevardi II was completed in November 2018, and it has approximately 8 000 sqm of lettable area.
