We represented Skanska in its sale of an office property to HANSAINVEST Real Estate. The property will be the headquarters for the European Chemicals Agency, ECHA. The value of the transaction is about EUR 135 million.
The eight-storey building developed by Skanska is under construction in the Telakkaranta area in Helsinki, and it is expected to be completed by the end of the year 2019. ECHA will move to the new premises in the beginning of next year.
