Merilampi advised Prisma Properties AB in a transaction signed in March 2026, whereby it agreed to acquire a retail property in Lahti, Finland through a forward purchase transaction from a Norwegian private real estate company. The total lettable area is approximately 5,100 square meters and the property is fully let to two leading discount retailers under long-term lease agreements. Construction is scheduled to commence in spring 2026, with completion expected in late 2026. The estimated purchase price is approximately EUR 9.6 million.
