Merilampi advised Nordisk Renting in refurbishment project relating to premises in Panuntie, Käpylä. The main tenant Finnish Institute of Occupational Health will lease premises approximately 3300 sqm, which accounts for almost half of the lettable area in the property. The refurbishment project will, among other things, modernise the premises and make them suitable for the work of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.
