Merilampi represented Nordea Life Assurance in its sale of a commercial property located in the center of Tapiola, Espoo to Avara for a real estate development project. Real estate fund managed by S-Bank acted as the buyer. The real estate is located in a central location in Tapiola, next to good transport connections and services. Approximately 120 non-subsidised apartments and a significant amount of business and service premises are planned to be built as part of the project.
