LAK Real Estate Oy is developing the largest hotel complex in Finland at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Merilampi represented LAK Real Estate in the project agreement and in the lease agreement negotiations with Nordic Choice Hotels, the hotel operator. With over 700 rooms and comprehensive conference facilities, the new hotel complex will be by far the largest in Finland. The total construction budget will exceed EUR 120 million.
The hotel project is part of the overall development of the airport.
