Merilampi advised Keva on the acquisition of city centre properties of the Student Union of the University of Helsinki

Merilampi advised Keva in a transaction where Keva is acquiring city centre properties owned by the Student Union of the University of Helsinki (HYY). The property portfolio is located right in the middle of Helsinki CBD and includes the Old Student House, Kaivotalo, Citytalo, and the Grand Hansa complex, which comprises Helsinki Grand Hansa hotel and the New Student House. Keva’s co-investors are Mrec Investment Management Oy and HGR Property Partners Oy, who will be responsible for the development and property management of the properties after the transaction is completed.
