Merilampi advised Keva on the establishment of Selena Kiinteistöt Ky

Merilampi advised Keva on the establishment of a new real estate investment company, Selena Kiinteistöt Ky, a joint venture between Keva and Axiom Advisors Oy. A total of 18 commercial properties, directly owned by Keva,  comprising approximately 182,000 square meters of leasable area, will be transferred to Selena Kiinteistöt Ky. The properties are mainly located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in Tampere, Turku, Vaasa, and Kuopio.
