Merilampi represented Keva in its acquisition of the Kaari Shopping Center. The shopping center is located in Kannelmäki, Helsinki, near the Ring Road 1 - the busiest highway in Finland. The acquisition price of the shopping center was EUR 207 million. The Kaari Shopping Center was built in 2009 and extended in 2013. The lettable surface area is a total of 48,855 sqm.
