We represented Kesko before the EU Commission and the FCCA in the establishment of a joint venture with Oriola

Merilampi represented Kesko Corporation before the European Commission and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) in the establishment of a joint venture with Oriola Corporation.

The investigation was transferred from the European Commission to the FCCA, which approved the creation of the joint venture unconditionally on 26 June 2017.
