Merilampi advised Genesta on the acquisition of a residential portfolio in Espoo

Merilampi advised Genesta on the acquisition of a portfolio of three residential properties in Espoo, on behalf of the GNRE Core Plus Open-Ended Fund. The portfolio comprises approximately 8,600 square metres of lettable area, including 142 apartments and four retail units. The properties are located in established residential neighbourhoods in southern Espoo and have demonstrated stable operational performance and high occupancy levels. The acquisition represents Genesta's first residential investment in Finland and further strengthens its residential platform in the Nordics.
