Merilampi represented Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company in its sale of EY Finland’s head office property to UniImmo, a fund managed by German real estate investment company Union Investment. The 10 888 m2 office property was completed in May 2014 and is located in Töölönlahti, next to Helsinki main railway station. The deal value was approximately EUR 93.3 million.
