Merilampi advised eQ Finnish Care Fund in its acquisition of a health care property, located in Leppävaara, Espoo. The property completed in 2009 has approximately 5,000 sqm of leasable area with HUS (The Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa) being the anchor tenant. HUS utilizes these premises primarily for child and youth psychiatric care.
