Merilampi acted as Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company’s legal advisor in the acquisition of three new rental housing properties in Tampere's Ranta-Tampella from Tampereen Asunnot LP (LähiTapiola, OP and Ilmarinen). The properties will have a total of 186 apartments and 3 retail premises, of which a total of 6,900 square meters of leasable space.
One of the sites in the historical landscapes of Tammerkoski and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Näsijärvi has already been completed and two sites will be completed during 2022.
