Merilampi represented AP Nordic Investment I fund in its acquisition of two office properties from the Finnish Cultural Foundation. The properties are centrally located in Helsinki at Korkeavuorenkatu 30 and Erottajankatu 9–11.
AP Nordic Investment I is a fund managed by Aberdeen Asset Management. The acquisition was the fund’s first real estate investment in Finland.
