Trainee Ronja Lindh appointed as Associate

Merilampi’s Transaction practice strengthens as Ronja Lindh, who has worked with us for over a year as a Trainee, has been appointed Associate as of 1 February 2026.

Ronja Lindh assists clients in M&A and real estate transactions. In addition, she advises clients on matters related to corporate law, commercial law and contract law.

Ronja has recently graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki and has, despite this, already gained substantial practical experience in various business law organisations.

During her trainee period, Ronja has been closely involved in the assignments of our Transaction practice, and her appointment as Associate is a natural continuation of her career path within our team.
