Jon Termonen Invited to join Merilampi as Partner as of 29 July 2026

Jon Termonen will strengthen Merilampi’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice. He has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate transactions, as well as in regulatory matters relating to listed companies.

Termonen advises issuers, shareholders and financial institutions in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, share offerings and debt issuances. In addition, he has significant experience in public takeovers and other corporate transactions, including mergers and demergers. He also advises clients on securities markets regulation, disclosure obligations, corporate governance and general company law matters.
