Irina Bergström (née Shevchuk) returned to Merilampi as COO

Irina has extensive experience in developing expert organizations, change management and leveraging technology and AI. Her role is to ensure that the firm's processes and tools support lawyers in delivering high-quality and efficient service to clients.

Before rejoining Merilampi, Irina worked in the financial industry where she led AI, technology and regulatory compliance projects.

As the Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for administration, financial reporting and the development of the firm's operations and processes. She also leads the adoption of AI and legal tech solutions within the firm.
