Our Transaction practice continues to grow as Tuomas Uoti joins our team as an Associate

Tuomas assists clients on mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, as well as on financing arrangements and matters relating to general corporate, commercial and contract law. He graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki in 2025.

Prior to joining us, Tuomas gained relevant practical experience alongside his legal studies.
