Nathalie Noth Joins Merilampi Transaction Practice

We are delighted to announce that Nathalie Noth has been appointed as an Associate to our Transaction practice. Nathalie will assist our clients in assignments related to M&A, real estate transactions and corporate law. Nathalie graduated from the University of Eastern Finland in January where her master’s thesis focused on implementing Legal Design and Legal Tech to further principles of law. In addition, Nathalie is currently pursuing further studies in legal design and is expected to graduate in 2025.
