Isabella Latva joins our Transaction practice as Associate

Our Transaction practice is gaining new strength as Isabella Latva joins our team as an Associate.

Isabella Latva advises clients primarily on M&A and real estate transactions. In addition, she provides advice on general corporate law, commercial matters and contract law. She graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.

Before joining Merilampi, Isabella gained experience both in law firms and in the corporate sector.
