We are pleased to welcome Anni Pihkala as an Associate to our Transaction practice. Anni will assist our clients with M&A and real estate transactions, including merger control related issues. Anni, who graduated from the University of Helsinki, wrote her Master´s thesis on the rights of defence of companies in competition law proceedings of the European union. Anni has gained valuable experience through traineeships at for example the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and the Court of Justice of the EU.
